Why I LOVE "The Perks of Being a Wallflower"

Those who have read the book probably knows this song or have YouTubed this (like me..) I LOVE IT!

The Perks of Being a Wallflower is an easy read, It's a plain narrative being delivered by a letter sender to an anonymous reader (who doesn't know him by the way) about his life. It tackles the struggle of a young boy coping from his best friend's death and his anxiousness getting into high school. 

Why I love it? Simply because...

• It's a story of friendship, family and true love
• It's a story of affection without limitation.
• It's a story of falling in love, getting hurt and moving on.
• It's a story that tells you that there's life after a break-up and that you'll be happy again if you choose to.

And most of all...

• It's a story that makes you realize how bad it is to take your loved ones for granted.

I love the book that's why I can't wait to watch the movie! I just hope it gives justice to it.

I remembered the first time I heard about it was at school (in Agno more specifically..) There was this guy shouting loudly at a group of girls walking towards the Sports Complex saying "Hey, SEX tayo!!!". I WAS REALLY SHOCKED!! But what's more surprising was that, I was the ONLY ONE who found it inappropriate. No one really reacted!! I was like.. "What's happening to our kabataan nowadays?" ( with that LOLA expression on my face!) Hahaha!! Then later that day I found out what it really means... It really makes me smile everytime I remember that! LOL! =P

Anyway, Food here is very affordable. In fact, most of the people I know places 2-3 orders per visit here. Haha! =P

Last December 2011, GSP sustained an ACL injury to his right knee which made him go on leave for several months from fighting but he's now given a go signal by his medical team to fight again!! YEY!

Condit, on the other hand, is the current Interim Welterweight champion after beating Nick Diaz in UFC 143 (Nick was declared the Interim champ when GSP left the limelight... and I don't like him!) 

So now, they're fighting for the Undisputed Welterweight

Flew to Palawan last month with my family and I never expected I'll find super cheap accessories in their local souvenir shops... and GET THIS... you can buy authentic pearl (not the cultured one) necklaces for as low as 1300 pesos!!
